Who is your hero? (In business, life, or both.)

I have a couple of heroes in my life that I admire but one of them would be the late Princess Diana of Wales for her transformation, power and heart.

I admire the transformation she had for rediscovering herself, doing what she really felt was right after receiving a lot of pressure from the media, from being a teacher to become a princess.

Once she became a princess and transformed herself, she dedicated her life to help the most needed with her whole heart because she always followed it. Even though she died the way she did, she always stayed true to herself... She was the" people´s princess" with her shadow and light…

What’s the single best piece of business advice that helped shape who you are as an entrepreneur today, and why?

Be yourself, love yourself and do what you really love to do.  When you feel passionate about something you are able to do what others think is impossible to do. Besides that you have to be a giver to others. To make your business grow you have to work on your Relationship Capital that is as important as putting money in the Bank.

What’s the biggest mistake you ever made in your business, and what did you learn from it that others can learn from too?

I know that I just said Relationship Capital is the most important things to make your business grow but in business you have to be clever and do not let people fool you. Always have agreements and contracts in place. People might miss interpret your words if contracts are not in place.

Everything has to be written down clearly so that you will not have any surprises. I had to learn this the hard way because I trusted a good friend of mine.

We can be friends now but business is business. Get a clear understanding between the parties so that you know business can grow and friendships can remain.

What do you do during the first hour of your business day and why?

I start my day with mind feeding to empower myself for the day ahead. I create, write and plan my day ahead. Now that I am full of energy, I will get my laptop and start the transactional part of my business.

"Founder and CEO at Business Fit Academy, Verónica Sosa Córdova"

Who is your company's target customer?

Women Entrepreneurs who wants to be leaders in a patriarchal world, finding themselves and empowering them to reach their highest potential to create Business with Purpose.

What’s your best financial or cash-flow related tip for entrepreneurs just getting started?

Invest in yourself. It is so important to educate yourself and to grow, this is a never ending story. Keep yourself in a learning mode and be surrounded by people who brings the best out of you.

When you are starting you need someone to support you economically and you will, if you start demonstrating who you are and that you will be part of the 1% that never quits. I started from zero, exchanging my talent, invested in my education and I got I coach who support me and introduced me to this world. I guess he saw what I could not see about myself and what I was capable off at that time. He saw beyond my fears when I was just starting.

Quick: What’s ONE thing you recommend ALL aspiring or current entrepreneurs do right now to take their business to the next level?

When I said invest in yourself, study, but as well get a coach or coaches that can help you with all the things that needs to be done. Advices etc., because they already have been there.

What’s your definition of success? How will you know when you’ve finally “succeeded” in your business?

For me it is to reach that balance between family and work with all my passion and my love, what I love doing is to be with my family, my friends and doing what I like most… Teaching and delivering knowledge to those who want to receive it in this world.

Are there any causes you strongly believe in? If so, why?

I believe in the power of unity. We need to create sources of education so people can start to grow and believe in themselves and get connected to their spiritual awareness. I know there is lots of evil and we all have our shadows but once we get conscious about it and work on ourselves we start transforming our lives and the lives of others.

What is your favourite quote?

If we all work toward getting the world awake we can achieve many things together.

I could mention so many inspirational quote from many people I admire but I would love to quote the words that I always finish my sentences with.
